Key findings



Rider discrimination was far lower for ridehail compared to taxi services.



Lyft provided services to 99.8% of Los Angeles County neighborhoods, they know where riders are and taxis only think they know and are not connected to dispatch services as quickly.



There exist greater driver accountability in ridehail services versus a taxi due to the rating process.


