Structural Support for Strong Pilots
How does government build structured approaches for pilots and prototypes, particularly within the confines of existing regulations, procurement requirements, and good governance principles? This session will hear from Boston, Washington, DC, and a city-supporting consultant formerly with Pittsburgh about how they have been seeking to approach and structure their pilots for better outcomes, particularly in the mobility space. The speakers will discuss what’s working, what hasn’t worked so well, and how they decide on what to move forward with. The discussion will touch on both home-grown innovations as well as vendor-driven pilots.
CE Credits for APA, AIA, and ASLA, should be available for many sessions and workshops. More information on this will be available shortly.
