An effective curb strategy must go beyond any one mode, flashy technology, or new pressure. Our curb innovations are happening against a backdrop of longstanding prioritization of single-occupancy vehicles as the primary beneficiary of this precious asset. To truly innovate at the curb, a demand management, systems, safety, and operations lens must guide – not just a reaction to the latest new pressure. In this session you will hear from several cities at different inflection points: with adopted strategies, quick-moving implementation pressures, a bumpy road to securing data – and those redefining what curb equity looks like.
