Individual rates

Early Bird Rates (through February 16, 2021):

• Member/Non-Profit/Academic/University/Education/Govt. Rate: $99
• Non-Member/Professional: $149
• Student (Full-time): $25
• Speaker (workshop, session, or poster): $50

Regular Rates (February 16, 2021):

• Member/Non-Profit/Academic/University/Education/Govt. Rate: $149
• Non-Member/Professional: $199
• Student (Full-time): $25
• Speaker (workshop, session, or poster): $50

Payment Options

1. Pay online with a credit card. (NOTE: If your registration fee needs to be paid with a credit card by another person in your organization, select the PO option and enter CC as the PO number. You will be sent an email with a secure online payment link — this email can be forwarded to the appropriate person to process payment with a credit card.)
2. Pay online with a Purchase order (PO) option. Use the PO option if you need to be invoiced or need to pay by check.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be received in writing to UNextReg@uoregon.edu or faxed to (541) 346-3545 by February 17, 2021. Cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received after February 17, 2021 are not available for a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone as a replacement at no additional charge. Note that all attendees will get access to the Virtual Forum recordings after the event.
