Novelty

‍This year, the Urbanism Next Europe Conference will offer an academic track. A selection of papers will be published in a special issue of a peer reviewed journal. Academics participating in a session or workshop have the option to submit a paper for this special issue.

•  How to sign-up for the selection process? When submitting a proposal for a Session or Workshop, check the checkbox 'Academic Paper'. If the proposal is accepted, the participants will be requested to deliver an abstract and additional information for the paper before June 1st.*

 •  What are the requirements? To get your paper published in the Journal you need to participate in the conference and deliver the full paper directly after the conference.**

 •  How is the selection process organized? Full papers need to be submitted before November 1st. We will use the review system of the Journal. All papers will be blind-reviewed.

** Instructions on where/when to upload the abstract for the paper will be provided by the session coordinator. Selection of abstracts will be between June 1st and July 1st. If an abstract is accepted for the full paper track, instructions for the Journal will be provided.

** Submitting a full paper is no guarantee to have the paper published.
