Terra brings an entrepreneurial spirit to transportation planning and is focused on our firm’s projects related to both public and private shared mobility. She co-leads our firm’s Emerging Mobility practice, which tracks the evolution of the transportation technology space, identifies trends, and—to ensure that our future mobility upholds our ideals of mobility, accessibility, and sustainability—develops the firm’s strategic role in today’s growing ecosystem of transportation stakeholders. She led the recently published TCRP Report 204: Partnerships between Transit Agencies and TNCs. In other projects, Terra works with transit agencies and cities to design specific new mobility strategies and advises shared mobility companies. She has written on the topic of lean methods for transportation planning in Citylab, and published “Driverless Vehicles and Your Community” in the APA Planning magazine.
