Michael Schwartz leads city customer and policy work at Ride Report. He has more than a decade of experience implementing data-driven transportation plans, policies, and infrastructure. Before starting at Ride Report, Michael worked as a Principal Transportation Planner at the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and also co-founded the successful political advocacy organization Transport Oakland. His work in the public, private, and non-profit advocacy sectors informs his wide ranging perspective on how to use data to manage and evaluate micromobility while maintaining citizen privacy. At Ride Report, Michael supports city agencies as they contemplate and implement micromobility programs, serving as a consultant on data and policy while also helping staff effectively leverage Ride Report's software tools.
