Kevin Sliger is the Chief Planning & Development Officer for Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a medium-sized transit agency that operates in Tri-Cities, Washington. He oversees fixed route service planning, the agency’s bus stop improvement program, service data reporting and compliance, as well as BFT’s capital project planning design processes. Kevin has also played a key role in implementing and maintaining BFT’s mircotransit service, CONNECT, which has been in operation since April 2020. CONNECT has been a vital service for BFT’s customers, and it has provided a viable service delivery method to address the sprawling nature of development in the Tri-Cities area.
