Chris Lepe is the Principal of Mariposa Planning Solutions, where he partners communities and regions to grow into more equitable, healthy, sustainable, and connected places. Chris currently provides strategic equity advising for pricing and infrastructure projects and studies to Portland Metro and the Oregon and Washington Departments of Transportation (ODOT). He is also assisting the City of San Jose with inclusive engagement as part of its Access & Mobility Plan and helping empower minority owned businesses in San Jose dealing with direct displacement due to redevelopment of the nation's largest flea market. Prior to his current consulting role, Chris spent 15 years at TransForm, a San Francisco Bay Area-based transportation and land use non-profit advocacy organization. He is a native Spanish speaker with a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and a B.A. in Environmental Studies.
