Bill Schwartz, AICP is a Principal in Nelson\Nygaard’s Boston office. Bill has 40 years of transportation consulting experience and focuses his current practice on helping older adults and people with disabilities travel. He is an expert in ADA compliance and helps transit agencies improve service delivery and plan for new mobility services, including microtransit. Bill chairs ITE’s MaaS/MOD Standing Committee and is also Principal Investigator on TCRP D-21, Planning the Future of Intermodal Passenger Facilities, which will include guidance on planning larger mobility hubs.
