Ben is a Principal Planner on SDOT's Policy & Planning team, and has been at SDOT since 2018. He is co-leading the Department's effort to develop a Climate Emergency Response Framework (CERF) and brings forth strategic planning, transportation policy and design, and mobility programs experience to his current role.
